Free Shipping for all orders $100 and over

We only ship our shrimp via USPS Priority mail or other expedited services upon request. FREE shipping for all orders $100 and over. We currently don’t ship internationally or over the weekend for the health of our shrimp and plants. 

Monday - Wednesday:  Shrimp, Live Plants, and Merchandise

Thursday - Saturday:  Merchandise only

Sunday: No shipments

Returns are determined on a case by case basis on merchandise, supplies and food only. Please email us for more information regarding your return.

Live Aqua LA Live Arrival guarantee

We strive to uphold the highest level of care for both our shrimp and our customer service. This is why we have our Live Arrival Guarantee, which ensures that you will receive high quality Shrimp or plants alive and healthy. We also guarantee that our aquariums are indoor and clean (free from pests and contaminants). 

For D.O.A (dead on arrival) claims please contact us at and observe the following:

• Take a clear picture of the shrimp inside the unopened bag next to the shipping label from our box.
• If the bag has been opened the D.O.A. policy is nullified 
• Email us the pictures with as much description as possible
• Please send claims within 2 hours of delivery 
• All claims will be handled on a case by case basis. Claims due to buyer negligence will not be honored (ex. Shrimp left outside in extreme weather)
